Whether you are just starting to feel pain with your endurance sport, or are returning to sport after an injury, a physical therapy treatment with Hannah DePaul will involve individualized care working with you to help meet your goals. She will start with an evaluation to get up to speed with your history, your sport and lifestyle goals, she will assess your impairments, and come up with a plan that involves an individualized comprehensive exercise program to help get you back on track. Follow-up treatments after the evaluation will involve assessing progress, addressing any questions/concerns, updating your exercise program, and performing any manual treatment if needed. Hannah hopes you leave feeling empowered and in control of your rehab journey.

In a running performance assessment Hannah DePaul will gather information regarding your endurance and strength training programming, fueling, injury history, and current goals. Objective testing such as strength, range of motion, and functional tasks will be performed to determine strengths and weaknesses. A running gait analysis will be performed and reviewed. Finally, Hannah DePaul will make formulate a strength training program for you based on your needs and athletic goals. Also, Hannah will make training, fueling, and recovery recommendations based on your life and it's unique demands to optimize your health and performance. The goal with this assessment is to help set you up for success in your athletic season, avoid injury and burn-out, and optimize your health while also maximizing your performance.
